                                            THE PROGRAM

Expanded the Reach of Excellence

Continual Monitoring and Improvement.  The administration and interpretation of various assessment tools, customized to best meet cultural climate needs.

Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Group Workshops based on continual improvement feedback.  Flexible venues allow for coaching through change, projection planning and change management.

An In-Depth SWOTT Profile Analysis is conducted within each department and company segment to execute rapid-fire results.  This is a discipline that is never mastered, rather continuous in alignment with the mission statement, goals, and core values.  The methodology creates and solid, well-defined Corporate Culture and Code of Ethics for operating excellence.

Individual One-Hour Coaching Sessions (generally 3Xs per month).  Sessions cay occur on the telephone, in-person, or a combination of the two.  One-on-One coaching meetings are the catalyst that allows us to focus on and resolve more complex situations and opportunities. Time management, goal-setting, and work life balance are important steps.  Whenever there is a problem, opportunity, and/or gap in a company it can be traced to a department and its management; Likewise, you can be sure there is an individual (usually a manager) in the department that has a corrilating problem, opportunity, and/or gap at the root. Fix the individual - and it follows the managementt, department, and organization is fixed as well.

Action Tools (strategies and exercises) for creating and monitoring short and long-term goals.  Areas addressed include compensation, promotion, new or improved management and leadership skills, communication styles, and balance work life and personal life.

Weekly Check-in Calls (in addition to coaching sessions) are included for updates, changes, questions, support, and anchoring new concepts, systems, and behaviors.

On-Site visits are part of the program for coaching needs in the field through the entire organizaion.

NLP pays very little attention to what people say they do, as that usually yields very little or no resemblance to what they actually do.

You will find your own applications and your own formulae for success – that is the real joy and power of NLP.
